TPBG
TPBG，即滋養(yǎng)層糖蛋白，別名5T4和WAIF1。它是一種由TPBG基因編碼的跨膜糖蛋白，首次在人胎盤組織中發(fā)現(xiàn)。TPBG在多種癌細(xì)胞中過度表達(dá)，與腫瘤的侵襲、轉(zhuǎn)移和預(yù)后密切相關(guān)。其作用機(jī)制涉及作為Wnt/β-catenin信號通路的拮抗劑，通過抑制LRP6與Wnt受體的內(nèi)吞來阻斷信號傳導(dǎo)，從而抑制細(xì)胞粘附和細(xì)胞骨架的形成，促進(jìn)腫瘤細(xì)胞的遷移和擴(kuò)散。TPBG的異常表達(dá)與多種癌癥的發(fā)展有關(guān)，使其成為腫瘤治療的潛在靶點(diǎn)，靶向TPBG的藥物開發(fā)正在積極探索中。
